Four source terms, four different clues
Taobao
Usually points to a consumer marketplace listing. Inspect the current title, option structure, images, visible seller information, and policies on the destination.
Weidian
Often appears as a shop or item link. Confirm that the current product type, images, options, and price context still agree with the sheet.
1688
Often reflects wholesale-oriented listings. Minimum quantities, variants, or pricing presentation may differ, so read the current page rather than relying on copied text.
Yupoo
Often functions as a catalog-style photo page. Look for a clearly related source path, but do not treat a gallery as transaction or seller verification.
Trace the row in three hops
- 1
Spreadsheet claim
Record the item type, option, photos, size, price, source, and date when visible.
- 2
Current destination
Open the source and check whether the live page still describes the same item and options.
- 3
Your shortlist note
Write what matched, what changed, and what remains uncertain. Remove the row if the destination is unrelated.
When a source page changes
Not every change has the same consequence. A revised price calls for a fresh comparison. A missing option may make the exact row unusable. A new title with the same photos requires caution. A different product type is a stop signal. Keep the old row and current page separate in your notes instead of blending them into one record.
If the destination is unavailable, do not infer its contents from a thumbnail or cached spreadsheet description. Mark the link unavailable and revisit only when there is a current source you can inspect.
What a link converter does—and does not do
A Taobao, Weidian, 1688, universal, raw, or original-link converter may rewrite a URL so another service can open it. Conversion can improve navigation. It cannot prove that the source is accurate, the seller is trustworthy, or the item matches the spreadsheet description.
A converter may help with
- Recognizing a supported source URL
- Removing an agent-specific wrapper
- Opening a destination in another interface
A converter cannot establish
- Current product quality or availability
- Seller, payment, refund, or shipping reliability
- Whether sheet photos belong to the current listing
Link red flags worth stopping for
- The destination category differs from the row.
- A shortened or wrapped link hides the actual host.
- Images or options changed materially with no note.
- The page relies on urgency or guarantees instead of observable details.
- You cannot explain the route from row to source.
For account, payment, coupon, refund, or shipment questions, leave the spreadsheet workflow and use the relevant official support channel.
How this page was reviewed
Source descriptions are limited to the kind of page a link may open and the details a reader should inspect there. The guide does not infer seller reliability, product quality, or transaction safety from a marketplace or catalog name. Read the complete editorial method.
